IAMethod exists because large systems integrators consistently over-resource IAM and PAM programmes, under-deliver on outcomes, and bill accordingly. We watched this pattern repeat across dozens of organisations and decided there had to be a better way.
We are a lean team of senior IAM and PAM practitioners — not salespeople, not generalists, not account managers. We deliver IAM and PAM programmes end-to-end, conduct independent programme healthchecks, and provide assurance oversight for organisations that need an honest view of where they stand. We do one thing: identity and access management delivery. We do not do enterprise sprawl, we do not take on projects that sprawl beyond IAM and PAM scope, and we do not pretend that every problem is a nail.
